Bentley Mulsanne Key Celebrates Its Centenary

Bentley's custom coachbuilding division, Mulliner, has designed a unique keycase to celebrate the brand's centenary. It is constructed of Dark Stained Burr Walnut with Piano Black Veneer and includes an eagle-like "B" paperweight keys, as well as an original 1930s booklet that features never-before-seen 1930s 8 Litre images.

It's a great present to welcome a new owner to their luxurious car.

Aesthetics

Bentley is a company which takes its aesthetics seriously. It shows in the precision position of its quilting, the choice of leather sourced from cattle by-products, the wood from sustainably managed forests and the innovative patterns on its levers. When you drive by a car like the Continental GT W12, its sculptural beauty is displayed through carefully curated lighting.

The Continental GT is Bentley's most sophisticated open-top vehicle. The rear of the tonneau in the Continental GT, for instance was the largest piece of dark-stained Burr Walnut veneer that was book-matched. Similarly, the electrically-operated glass sunroof and champagne cooler that incorporated hand-blown and hand-cut lead crystal bottles marked a new benchmark in luxury and innovation.

Bentley is the most sought-after car brand in the world because of its distinctive design and workmanship. The company continues to push the boundaries with the latest technology and craftsmanship. Design

Bentley is a premium car manufacturer who produces extravagant and luxurious vehicles. But even the keys are a statement. The Bentayga key is crafted from sterling silver. Bentley Mulliner redesigned and developed the Mulsanne to become the ultimate Grand Touring vehicle. It features two opposing pairs of rear seats that are designed to be reminiscent of luxury private aviation and provides passengers with unbeatable comfort and security. A customized heating, ventilation and air conditioning system has been designed to ensure each passenger has the ideal temperature control.

The Mulsanne is equipped with a twin turbocharged 6.75 litre W12 engine that generates 560bhp and 479lb-ft of torque. This incredible power is complemented by a new suspension system that provides Bentley's signature hushed ride.

Bentley has introduced a special specification for cars manufactured after the year 2019 to commemorate its centennial. It is known as the Centenary Specification. The cabin is equipped with cross-stitching and contrast stitching in Centenary Gold throughout. The bentley continental key fob Wings on the headrests and seats are embroidered in Centenary Gold, adding to the feeling of celebration. A custom Bentley key case is also included in the Centenary Specification, making the Bentley experience all-inclusive.

Function

The Bentley Mulsanne key features an opening button for the trunk and another that can start the car. It also has a button to turn on the parking break. There is a knob that can fold and unfold the mirrors while parking in tight spots. This feature helps you get in and out of your vehicle.

The key is constructed from vegetable tanned leather. It takes more than two days to craft each one. It is cut by hand to shape, sewn sealed, and polished to produce an extremely high-end finish. It is durable compact and fits the Bentley key perfectly. Its design resembles the Volkswagen Phaeton's large car key, however it feels more heavy and premium.

Secure-A-Key is also available to help stop keyless entry theft. This device is placed inside the remote-control fob, and then shuts it off if the key is not utilized for a period of a few minutes. It stops thieves from transmitting the key's frequency to other devices which can unlock and start the car.

Personalisation

Bentley's Mulliner division lets customers create their own car. The "mood station" lets guests pick images that inspire them. These could range from picturesque vistas to sporting events. The resulting configuration is loaded onto individual R.F.I.D.-enabled key cards, which are presented to the guests in a handmade key case. And rather than letting the car's built in sensors guide it to parallel and perpendicular parking spots the drivers must do it manually.

Bentley showcased its Mulliner personalization abilities with the release of a special Mulsanne W.O. Edition, that pays homage to the founder William Osler Bentley. Edition, which pays tribute to the founder William Osler Bentley. The limited edition cars come with bently keys that display an item from the 1930 8 Litre crankshaft.
