Three Wheeled Buggies

It was able to handle grass, cobbles and rough pavements, aswell as dirt tracks and kerbs. She said that it felt solid to push, and very solid on difficult terrain. Its tyres (which are inflatable, so require occasionally pumping) offer built-in suspension which was extremely comfortable for my children.

The shape and size of the seat is a further factor to consider. You'll want it to be big enough for your child's comfort. You will also want it to be able to recline to allow them to lie flat. Some three-wheel buggies offer the option of lying flat that allows the child to face you, whereas others only allow a parent-facing one.

Many models have compact folding options, which allow you to remove the front wheels and store them in a more compact manner.

Easy to Manoeuvre

One of the primary benefits to a three-wheeled buggy is that it can be much easier to maneuver especially with a child in tow. MFM reviewer Kath tried an all-wheeler with her toddler. she reported: "The Terrain is a delight to navigate on rough terrain. The front swivel wheel was particularly helpful." I was also impressed by how well it coped with the kerbs, particularly when using the hand-operated brake. It was extremely stable when going downhill or on uneven terrain."

The only drawback of this incredible maneuverability is that the three wheel buggy's larger wheels sometimes mean that it will be difficult to maneuver in tight spaces - something to consider when you live in a city area. If this is an issue then a 4-wheel buggy may be a better choice for you.
