The Combo J7+ is a combination of the Roomba J7 vacuum cleaner as well as mopping features that wet. The camera on the front of the iRobot Combo is also useful. It can spot dangers like power cords and pet waste and stay clear of them to ensure thorough cleaning. This feature is better than most robot vacuums' cameras that can get stuck on things like rug tassels. It is worth noting that the iRobot Combo ju7+'s front camera is prone to blind spots and may miss certain objects.

The iRobot Combo ju7+ is expensive, however it performs well enough to justify its cost. It has a good score from customers, and they love its clever features. However, it's worth looking at alternatives, such as the Ecovacs Deebot X1 Omni. It's less expensive than the iRobot Combo h7+, and it can heed voice commands with no need for third-party integration. It also mops and vacuum in one pass. Miele Scout RX3 Home Vision

The Scout RX3 Home Vision is an all-in-one robot vacuum and mop combo that offers the smart functions you'd expect from a top-end brand. You can remotely monitor your home using its camera and even see it operate on the app (though the app does not have the high-resolution picture quality that you get from the camera).

The mops are great to clean tile, wood and rugs and picking up dust, pet hair, and dirt. They have an efficient obstacle avoidance system that doesn't push small, light objects such as toys or socks across the floor. It's one of the best budget robot vacuum with self empty mopping robots we've tested. It comes with a magnetic strip that can be used to block off areas the robot won't be able to reach, such as rooms with a lot of cables.

The self-emptying robot vacuum is, however, short of other features of its type. While the mops do a fantastic job, their maximum runtime is 60 minutes, which is a little less than what we'd like to see on an expensive product. It also doesn't automatically empty itself into its charging station or follow up mopping sessions with the quick vacuum.

It's an ideal choice for people who have large homes as the cleaning and mapping process are fast and efficient. The app is simple to use, and it allows you to make schedules. You can still use the remote to control the device if you do not want to connect to a strong WIFI connection.

The Miele Scout RX3 Home Vision may be expensive but its clever features make up for it. Live monitoring of homes is fantastic and it looks cool too. It's a nice option for families with children, pets, or anyone who needs to keep an eye on their house while they're away. The majority of people who own a robotic mop and vacuum are amazed at the difference their floors can make after using them often.

Roborock S7 Max Ultra

The S7 Max Ultra, Roborock's new robot vacuum and mop combo self emptying robot vacuums-empty ($1299 on Amazon) is an excellent upgrade to the S6 and S7 models. It comes with a variety of beneficial features, including more aggressive mopping and a higher-powered suction (up to 5,100Pa, compared to earlier models' 2,400Pa). It also has precise lidar navigation that works as radar in 3D which means it can identify things such as baseboards, chair legs and furniture legs, and expertly navigate around them. It can create customized cleaning routines that you can initiate by tapping the screen, for instance, an "After meal mode" which systematically cleans and vacuums the kitchen floors.

This robot also comes with a special feature not found on other robots: VibraRise, which raises the mopping plates when it detects carpeting so it doesn't get area rugs wet, making mopping more efficient. It also has a special deep-cleaning mode that vacuums and mops carpets in one go, removing more dust and dirt than spinning mops can. You can also use the app to set a schedule for weekly cleaning or to clean on the go.

While the S7 Max Ultra does a great job at its intended tasks however, it's not without its flaws. The price is the biggest. It's also the most expensive robotic mop and vacuum combo I've ever seen. Other issues aren't specific to this model and more representative of the robotic vacuum cleaner self emptying vacuums in general It's not able to handle large spills or large, sticky messes well.

The S7 Max Ultra can be quickly set up: just plug it in, connect it to your phone via Wi Fi and start the cleaning process. After you've completed this, you can customize the settings of the app. For instance, you can set up cleaning zones that are not allowed or schedule them.

Its impressive obstacle avoidance is a further plus. During testing it did not get stuck in tight spaces twice, which is much better than the S6 MaxV’s three tries, or the X1 Omni’s four tries. The app lets you mark an object as temporary obstruction and the S7 Max Ultra ignores it during subsequent cleaning.

Narwal Freo

The Narwal Freo is one of the few robots that integrates vacuuming and mops in its design. It's one of the most affordable robots we've reviewed. The Freo's impressive cleaning capabilities and numerous options for customization makes it an excellent choice for any home that requires a combination cleaner. The absence of the latest obstacle-avoidance technology as well as a sleek mobile application has dampened our enthusiasm for this model.

The first thing you have to do is scan your space. This will help Freo map the area that it will clean. The process takes around one minute. Once the Freo has a better understanding of where everything is located, it will be better able to navigate during subsequent cleanings.

Another great feature is Freo's ability to register the room as mopping or dry vacuuming, so it can be more efficient when switching between these functions. It's also smart enough to know when mop pads need to be replaced and return to the dock to refill them, before returning to clean surfaces.

The Freo's ability to vacuum and mop carpets is one of its strengths. The two mops pads automatically raise when the Freo comes into contact with carpet. You can interact with the robot using an LCD touchscreen at its base station, but we prefered to control it via the app on your smartphone.

The app comes with a range of settings to customize the Freo's behavior, including schedules for busy rooms, spot cleanings, and the option to turn on a parental lock. You can also set the length of time that the Freo is drying its mop pads as well as set preferences for how often it empties its dust bin. You can even set the maximum size of the trash bin.
